Late, late eats
The Strip
Denny's
Yes, Denny's. You know the only thing you crave (other than sleep) after a night of drinking and dancing is a Grand Slam or a Moon over my Hammy. It's going to be your best bet at 3 a.m. after you've gambled or drank away your cash. It's on a prime location on the Strip and open 24 hours. Just so you know, the bigger your party, the spottier the service is going to be, but you probably won't remember the drama the next morning anyway.
Downtown
The diner in the Gold Spike
Do you remember Mel, the short-order cook from the '70s sitcom "Alice"? He would love this place. It doesn't serve the healthiest food in the world, but, oh my goodness, do greasy ham and eggs taste good in the wee hours. The prices are so low you may assume there's a typo on the menu. Nope. The Gold Spike is just catering to its usual clientele. Take a look around. How many people do you see who look like they would pay $5 for a meal?
